Solving the People Problem with DiSC is a six-session program for organizational development and team productivity that empowers you and your colleagues to explore their different personality and communication styles, and learn how to build workplace relationships that really work! This highly interactive series of six virtual 90-minute sessions takes participants from theory to practice so that their emotional intelligence grows during every session.

As a leader, you know how important it is for co-workers to understand each other’s styles and preferences every time they interact. You've also experienced the consequences of teams who do not know how to intuitively adapt to those around them.

A Completely New Way to Experience Everything DiSC
This is not "just another DiSC training class." This program is designed from the ground up to focus on the application of ideas that help participants understand and honor the people around them. This organizational development program puts primary attention on addressing six critical business application areas to support team productivity (communication, conflict, teamwork, customer service, leadership, and decision making).
Rather than just "teaching DiSC," the program uses the framework of DiSC to create a common language for increasing emotional intelligence and improving team cohesion and leadership effectiveness.
If you've already taken the DiSC personality test or attended a DiSC workshop, this program will build on that foundation. If this is your first experience with DiSC, you'll be starting your journey with a focus on practical application.
