Learn to train & coach others Everything Disc® Certification
Designed for internal facilitators to expand the reach and impact of DiSC® in their organization. Our DiSC certification program increases facilitator confidence and competence through a combination of live online sessions and self-directed learning, and gives you all the tools you need to manage your internal efforts for professional development.
The DiSC Certification Program includes:
- Four 2 hour instructor-led online sessions over two weeks
- Self-directed exercises in the online learning center with continued access to the content post-course
- Total of 14-18 hours of content (combination of live sessions and self-directed work)
- 20 PDUs from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management)
- The ability to earn the Credential of Everything DiSC® Certification
- Your own EPIC administration account for launching and managing the organization's assessments, including training for how to use the system (new accounts only)
- Review of the full Everything DiSC Application Suite, with the opportunity to showcase Everything DiSC on Catalyst, the future of Everything DiSC
- Hands-on support from the Integris team to ensure you have everything you need to train your people and manage your efforts
With Everything DiSC Certification, you will:
- Deepen your understanding of the DiSC model, theory, research, and key principles
- Learn to build custom solutions using the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ experience
- Familiarize yourself with the full Everything DiSC application suite
- Practice facilitation techniques while receiving feedback in a safe environment

DiSC Certification Program Details
Orientation & Preparation
Conversations with your account manager before the course opens.
Discussions make sure you have everything you need:
- Program agenda and details
- Catalyst Practitioner Experience (includes ready-to-use facilitation materials, real-time learner and group insights, ongoing training, and a supportive community)
- EPIC administration system set-up
- Q&A
Week 1
Two live 2 hour virtual sessions plus 3-5 hours of self-directed online learning.
Activities will educate and build competency in:
- The Everything DiSC Catalyst assessment (participants will complete an assessment and receive a profile)
- DiSC theory and research
- The full family of DiSC profiles
- Teaches the principles of Everything DiSC through a variety of applications and activities
Week 2
Two live 2 hour virtual sessions plus 3-5 hours of self-directed online learning.
Activities will educate and build competency in:
- Integrates Everything DiSC on Catalyst to provide facilitators with the expertise they need to leverage the modular design of the kit and the on-demand access of the Catalyst platform.
- Facilitation and leadership coaching practice within the live curriculum so that participants can try out new techniques in a psychologically safe environment
- How to interpret and speak to challenging DiSC results and scenarios
- Managing workshops by learning from experienced facilitators who provides insights and considerations
Exam and Next Steps
Online exam and conversations with your account manager.
After the final live session concludes, you will:
- Complete the online exam - a passing score earns you the credential of Everything DiSC Certification
- Apply for 20 SHRM PDUs (if applicable)
- Use your EPIC administration account and the Catalyst Practitioner Experience materials to bring DiSC to life in your organization
- Review your experience with your account manager and discuss next steps

Participants must have access to the Catalyst Practitioner Experience to earn the credential of Everything DiSC Certification
The Catalyst Practitioner Experience includes the resources you need to conduct your own training sessions for professional development and leadership coaching (scripts, videos, and customizable PowerPoint slides).
