Designed for internal facilitators to expand the reach and impact of Five Behaviors® in their organization. Our Five Behaviors certification program increases facilitator confidence and competence through a combination of live online sessions and self-directed learning, and gives you all the tools you need to manage your internal efforts for professional development.
The Five Behaviors Certification Program includes:
- Four 2 hour instructor-led online sessions over two weeks
- Self-directed exercises in the online learning center with continued access to the content post-course
- Total of 14-18 hours of content (combination of live sessions and self-directed work)
- 20 PDUs from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management)
- Your own EPIC administration account for launching and managing the organization's assessments, including training for how to use the system (new accounts only)
- Review of the full Five Behaviors Application Suite
- Hands-on support from the Integris team to ensure you have everything you need to train your people and manage your efforts
- The ability to earn the Credential of Everything Five Behaviors® Certification
With Five Behaviors Certification, you will:
- Deepen your understanding of the Five Behaviors model, theory, research, and key principles
- Learn to build custom solutions using the Five Behaviors
- Familiarize yourself with the full Five Behaviors application suite
- Practice facilitation techniques while receiving feedback in a safe environment

Orientation & Preparation

Week 1
Two live 2 hour virtual sessions plus 5-8 hours of self-directed online learning.
Activities will educate and build competency in:
- The Five Behaviors® Personal Development assessment (participants will complete an assessment and receive a profile)
- Fundamentals of The Five Behaviors
- Participant experience with Five Behaviors Personal Development
- Explore Trust & Conflict
- Deep dive into Personal Development
- Vulnerability-based trust discussion
- Facilitation practice using Personal Development
Week 2
Two live 2 hour virtual sessions plus 6-9 hours of self-directed online learning.
Activities will educate and build competency in:
- Explore Team Development and The Everything DiSC® Model
- Team Development and DiSC® facilitation practice with meaningful conversations on Trust, Conflict, and Accountability
- Ongoing impact with The Five Behaviors
- Workshop Project Presentations
- The power of feedback
Exam and Next Steps
Online exam and conversations with your account manager.
After the final live session concludes, you will:
- Complete the online exam - a passing score earns you the credential of Five Behaviors Certification
- Apply for 20 SHRM PDUs (if applicable)
- Use your EPIC administration account and Facilitation Kit materials to bring Five Behaviors to life in your organization
- Review your experience with your account manager and discuss next steps
Participants must have access to a Facilitation Kit to earn the credential of Five Behaviors Certification
The Facilitation Kit includes the resources you need to conduct your own training sessions for professional development and leadership coaching (scripts, videos, and customizable PowerPoint slides). Employees of the same organization can share Kits.
