The Leadership Challenge Practitioner Certification course is an online two-week, blended learning experience designed for practitioners who want to implement and scale The Leadership Challenge within their organization.
The Certified Practitioner Program includes:
- Self-Paced Learning: Complete self-directed online learning modules that are engaging and immediately applicable in the workplace.
- Leadership Challenge Virtual Classroom: Four virtual classroom sessions over two weeks – each week, you will participate in two live 120-minute sessions, where a facilitator will guide you through conversations and activities that allow you to share and learn alongside other talent management professionals.
- Leadership Challenge Application Practice & Peer Feedback: Practice facilitation techniques and receive valuable feedback from your peers in a safe environment.
- Leadership Challenge Certification Exam: Take the final Certification Exam to demonstrate your understanding of the key Leadership Challenge concepts.
