This is not "just another DiSC training class." This program is designed from the ground up to focus on the application of ideas that help participants understand and honor the people around them.

This program puts primary attention on addressing six critical business application areas (communication, conflict, teamwork, customer service, leadership, and decision making). Rather than "teaching DiSC," the program uses the framework of DiSC to create a common language for increasing emotional intelligence and improving team cohesion and leadership effectiveness.
