Continue Your Journey
Catalyst is a platform you'll use again and again to learn more about your own style and the style of others. After attending the Orientation Session, you can either continue the journey on your own (which this session will help you do), or you can schedule private sessions for your team that dig even deeper into topics like handling conflict, improving communication, and being better leaders.

All participants are required to complete the Catalyst assessment before joining the Orientation Session. If you have already completed the Catalyst assessment or have access to it through your organization, select the Session Only option. If you need to get the assessment, select the Session plus Catalyst Assessment option.
